It was a good year to ferment
My 2018 Wine list. Dragon's Blood being the biggest hit. Especially with the California girls. The Rhubarb is always a favorite. But I upped it a notch by adding Strawberry to one run of Rhubarb. My other new flavor is Apple Pie as I added Cinnamon to the Apple wine.

Transitioning back to Idaho
I miss my friends in Arizona. But I am glad to be back with family in Idaho.
March 7th on the river. It is good to be walking the green belt again.
Val is still battling the flu or viral infection. I have my fingers crossed hoping I am spared.
We are going to see some warm days so this snow should burn off quickly.
A new addition to the green belt. A video billboard and look it's Mayor Casper explaining all the wonderful features around the green belt.
Oh! here is a picture of my empty wallet after the last 4 years of Mayor Casper
dipping into it.

Cabinets for Rachel
Val and I went to Buckley, WA. to spend time with our kids and grand kids.
We also built some cabinets for their kitchen.
This is Ben and Rachel's kitchen. Rachel wanted to utilize space above her cabinets. So I built upper cabinets to tie into the originals.
Val repainted the walls.
My wood shop is Ben's garage.
One rare day without rain let us paint cabinets outside.
Cabinets are up waiting for Rachel to paint and install glass in the new cabinet doors.

Saints and Sinners Marathon Las Vegas
We arrived only to find the race had already started.
The weather was wet cold and raining.
Blaine and Dawn went with Val and I to see Rachel race.
We stood at the finish line and watched Rachel come in.
Jesus was in the race and yes he passed through the Saints finish line.
