It is sad...but the fault lies with the man who broke into the home..inadvertently or not. This is exactly why we need to be vigilant about our gun rights....the courts found the homeowner not liable...I totally agree. Drunken, high, stupid people ought to think about the consequences of their choices, or be nominated for a Darwin award.
