We showed up at Rigby Lake around 7:00am to watch Ben & Julie
destroy the Sprint Triathlon. While the event was in progress, Julia and
I walked around the lake for exercise.
Ben & Julie exit the Lake leaving behind a trail of exhausted swimmers
Coming in after a grueling bike ride fighting off Pit Bulls and irritable old Farm Dogs.
At this point (starting their run), neither one has broken a sweat.
The victory celebration. It was a good day.
Saw a cute dog on the way home.
